   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day.
      Enhanced by 40% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Enhanced by 40% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 25% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) were near predicted 
monthly values with periods of minor to significant enhancements 
for the Australian region on UT day, 21 April. Some periods of 
minor MUF depressions were also observed in the Northern Australian 
regions. Mostly normal HF conditions may be expected in the Australian 
regions for the next three UT days, 22 to 24 April.
