      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region were mostly near predicted monthly values during UT day 
30 September. Minor MUF depressions were observed in the Northern 
Australian region during the local night. Sporadic-E and Spread-F 
occurrences were observed over some sites. For the next 3 UT 
days, 1-3 October, MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly 
values. Degraded HF propagation conditions are possible at high 
latitudes for 01 October due to recent geomagnetic activity.
