Depressed by 25% after local dawn.
Southern Australian Region:
Depressed by 15% during local day.
Near predicted monthly values during local night.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) were mildly depressed
to near predicted monthly values over the Australian region during
UT day 11 November. Depressions were observed mostly during local
day. Sporadic-E occurrences were observed over all the sites.
Similar HF conditions are expected for the next three UT days,
12-14 November.
