      Enhanced by 30% during local day.
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: On UT day 10 March, MUFs were mostly near predicted 
monthly values. Mildly enhanced MUFs and degraded HF propagation 
conditions are likely for 11 March due to predicted increase 
in geomagnetic activity. Mildly depressed MUFs are expected for 
12-13 March.
