Depressed by 25% during local night.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: On UT day 15 February, MUFs were moderately depressed
across Southern Australian region. In Northern Australian region
MUFs were mostly near predicted monthly values or enhanced, although
moderate depressions were also observed. During the next three
UT days, 16-18 February, mild to moderate depressions are likely
due to continued very low levels of ionising radiation from the
Sun.
