      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Overall, on UT day 26 September, MUFs over the Australian 
region were mostly near monthly predicted levels. The highest 
MUF depressions of 20% below monthly predicted levels occurred 
over the Niue island during midnight. Near predicted monthly 
MUF values are expected for the Australian region regions on 
27-29 Sep.
