      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: During UT day 3 Sep, MUFs were mostly near predicted 
monthly values. Slightly enhanced MUFs were observed over Australasia 
during local night. The 3 days, (4-6 Sep) outlook is for MUFs 
to be mostly near monthly predicted levels.
