COMMENT: SWS HF Communications Warning 14 was issued on 10 November 
and is current for 11-13 Nov. The Australian and Antarctic regions 
varied during the UT day from near predicted values to moderate 
depressions, particularly around local noon time hours. Expect 
this trend to continue over the next two days.
