      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 20% over the UT day.

COMMENT: MUFs were depressed by 15-25% over much of the Australian 
and Antarctic regions during UT day, 06 November, due to minor 
ionospheric storming and continued very low levels of ionising 
radiation. As ionospheric storming subsides expect near predicted 
to minor depressions due to continued low levels of ionising 
radiation for the next three days. Depressions mostly likely 
in the local daytime hours.
