      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

2. FORECAST (17 FEBRUARY - 19 FEBRUARY)

COMMENT: MUFs were mostly near predicted monthly values during 
the UT day 16 Feb over the Australian region. Minor depressions 
were also observed in the Northern Australian region during local 
day. There were a few cases of Sporadic E blanketing over the 
Australian ionosonde sites. For 17-19 Feb MUFs are expected to 
be mostly near predicted monthly values. Minor to moderate depressions 
can occur in the Southern hemisphere as a consequence of the 
recent increase in geomagnetic activity.
