      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Mostly normal HF conditions were observed across the 
Aus/NZ regions on UT day 16 Aug, with Minor MUF depressions in 
the Niue Island Region. Mostly near predicted monthly MUF values 
are expected in the Aus/NZ regions for the next three UT days 
(17-19 Aug).
