      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Variable HF conditions ranging from slight enhancements 
to notable depressed MUFs by 25% for Equatorial/Northern AUS 
and Southern AUS/NZ regions were observed over the last 24 hours. 
Mostly normal HF conditions may be expected in the Aus/NZ regions 
for the next three days (24 to 26 November UT days).
