   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs were moderately depressed in the north on 12-Jan. 
Periods of sporadic-E were observed in many locations. An increase 
in EUV flux is likely to result in MUFs close to monthly predicted 
values for the next 3 days, though mild depressions in some areas 
are still possible.
