   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

COMMENT: SWS HF Communications Warning 54 was issued on 18 December 
and is current for 18-19 Dec. Minor MUF depressions to near monthly 
predicted MUFs were observed across Aus/NZ regions on UT day 
18 Dec. Incidence of Sporadic E blanketing were mostly confined 
to Southern Australian regions. Similar HF conditions with Minor 
to Moderate MUF depressions expected for the next three days.
