      Depressed by 15% during local day.

      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Minor to moderate MUF depressions were observed across 
Aus/NZ regions today (UT day 8 December). Spread F and Sporadic 
E blanketing were observed at several low and mid latitude locations. 
HF conditions are expected to stay mostly at normal levels in 
this region for the next three days (9 to 11 December).
