   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 25% during local day.
      Enhanced by 40% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs were mostly near monthly predicted values on 1-Dec,

remain near predicted monthly values on 2-Dec, with the possibility 
of some mild depressions 3-4 Dec.
