      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

COMMENT: MUFs continue to be moderately depressed compared to 
monthly predicted values. Sporadic-E was observed at times across 
the Australian region on 7-Aug, mostly in the latter half of 
the UT day.
