      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
      Depressed by 30% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 19 was issued on 16 April 
and is current for 17-19 Apr. Significantly depressed MUFs were 
observed across the Australian region on 16-Apr. Enhanced MUFs 
observed daytime at Cocos Island. Spread-F observed in most locations 
for varying periods during the latter half of the UT day. Moderate 
to significant MUF depressions are likely to persist for the 
next 3 days.
