COMMENT: IPS Preliminary HF Communications Warning 15 was issued 
on 1 April and is current for 2-4 Apr. Conditions for HF radio 
propagation were mildly depressed to depressed throughout the 
Australian region during 02 Apr UT. Preliminary daily T indices 
were about 25 at Darwin, Niue and Townsville. Localised enhancements 
and depressions may be encountered throughout the Australian 
region today, 3 Apr.
