      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed.

COMMENT: Moderate overnight MUF depressions observed at Niue 
Island. Darwin MUFS enhanced 15-40% from 05-15 UT. MUFs near 
predicted monthly values elsewhere. MUFs are expected to be mostly 
near predicted values for the next 3 days.
