Near predicted monthly values.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

COMMENT: Moderate overnight depressions were observed in northern
Australia on 21-Mar. Similar conditions are expected for 22-23
Mar, with MUF depressions deeper and more widespread if geomagnetic
conditions worsen.
