      Depressed by 30% during local day.
      Depressed by 40% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Enhanced by 25% over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 24 was issued on 17 July 
and is current for 18-20 Jul. MUF depressions of up to 30% have 
been seen across much of the Australian region over the last 
24 hours. These conditions are due to low levels of ionising 
solar flux. IPS HF Warning 15/24 has been issued and is current 
for the next day.
