1. SUMMARY (02 DECEMBER)

   Niue Island Region:
      Depressed 15% 06-09, 13-19UT.
      Otherwise near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 15% over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Conditions for HF radio wave propagation were mildly 
depressed throughout the Australian region during 02 Dec. Periods 
of blanketing sporadic-E conditions observed S Aus region. Occasional 
disturbance observed Antarctic region due to elevated geomagnetic 
activity. Periods of disturbance due to further geomagnetic activity 
possible day one and two of the forecast period.
