      Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day.
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
      Enhanced by 30% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Enhanced by 25% over the UT day.

COMMENT: Ionospheric propagation conditions were enhanced up 
to 60% at Cocos Island during 13-14 UT on Oct 3. Conditions were 
enhanced at all East Australia stations during most of Oct 3. 
Conditions were mildly depressed at Perth and Learmonth prior 
to about 07 UT, and thereafter normal or slightly enhanced. Conditions 
are expected to be enhanced throughout the Australian region 
today.
