      Depressed by 25% during local day.
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 36 was issued on 26 July 
and is current for 27-29 Jul. Variable HF conditions observed 
for Equatorial regions over the last 24 hours. MUFs were depressed 
over Northern AUS and Southern AUS/NZ regions and normal to disturbed 
ionospheric support for Antarctic regions. Similar conditions 
are expected for the next 3 days.
