      Depressed by 30% during local day.
      Depressed by 30% during local night.

   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:

      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 20% over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS Preliminary HF Communications Warning 34 was issued 
on 21 July and is current for 21-23 Jul. MUFs were depressed 
throughout the entire Australasian region for most of the day, 
more pronounced at low latitudes. Some mild nighttime enhancements 
were observed in southern Australia. Similar conditions are likely 
for the next 3 days.
