COMMENT: IPS SWF HF Communications Warning 43 was issued on 26
August and is current for 27-29 Aug. MUFs were depressed over
much of the Australian region over the last 24 hours. Mildly
depressed MUFs are likely for the next two days. There was nighttime
spread F observed at Hobart. With the significant decay of most
of the regions on the visible disk, the probability of sudden
ionospheric disturbance (SWF) is reduced.
