      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 39 was issued on 15 August 
and is current for 16-18 Aug. Moderate MUF depressions were observed 
overnight in the north and during daytime in the south. MUF depressions 
are expected to continue for the next 3 days.
