      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Periods of minor to mild MUF depressions were observed 
in Northern Australian regions with normal HF conditions otherwise. 
Nearly similar conditions may be expected on 9 and 10 August. 
Mostly normal HF conditions may be expected on 11 August.
