      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
      Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day.

   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 40% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 5 was issued on 17 March 
and is current for 18-19 Mar. Significant MUF depressions of 
up to 40% are being observed in mainland and southern Australian 
regions. These conditions are expected for the remainder of the 
UT day 18th March. Milder depressions of around 20% at most are 
expected for the 19th March, returning to predicted monthly values 
on the 20th.
