      16-23UT. Sporadic-E around local dawn.
   Niue Island Region:
      Depressed 15% 06-07, 15-17UT. Otherwise 
      near predicted monthly values.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
      Enhanced 15% before local dawn Aug 03. 
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.
