      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: HF conditions were mostly normal over the last 24 hours, 
with minor to moderate MUF depressions in equatorial regions. 
Similar conditions are expected on 22-23 Apr. Moderate HF degradations 
and MUF depressions are possible from late on 24-Apr due to an 
expected increase in geomagnetic activity.
