      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

2. FORECAST (21 MARCH - 23 MARCH)

COMMENT: HF conditions in the Australian region were mostly Normal 
over the UT day. Some periods of spread-F were again observed 
at S.Aus locations overnight, degrading HF conditions there. 
15-20% MUF depressions were observed at most locations in the 
Australian region overnight, and in S.Aus during the day. Ionospheric 
support is expected to gradually strengthen over the forecast 
period, with MUFs mostly near predicted monthly values. Ongoing 
mild overnight depressions may be expected in S.Aus regions days 
1 and 2 (21-22 Mar).
