      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Briefly depressed MUFs observed at times in most regions.

Wave Fade-outs (SWFs) over the next few days.
