      Depressed by 25% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 4 was issued on 3 February 
and is current for interval 4 February only. MUFs were mostly 
near predicted monthly values. Overnight geomagnetic activity 
in polar regions appears to have depressed the MUFs in the Australian 
region by around 20%. This is likely to persist for the next 
day before returning to predicted monthly values on days 2 and 
3.
