      Near predicted monthly values.

   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
      Enhanced by 25% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

MUFs near predicted monthly values. Expect mostly normal ionospheric 
conditions across the region next three days. Diurnal variability 
possible Equatorial/N Aus regions. Periods of sporadic-E conditions 
possible local day/evening S Aus region.
