COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 30 was issued on 17 August
and is current for 18-20 Aug (SWFs). Over the last 24 hours,
nighttime MUFs were depressed in the northern Australian region
as were daytime MUFs in the south. Near monthly predicted MUFs
are expected for the next 3 days.
