Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Near predicted monthly values during local day,
Enhanced by 20% during local night.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: MUFs have been mostly near predicted monthly values
to enhanced over the past 24 hours. HF conditions are expected
to be mostly normal for the next 3 days, though effects from
the CME shock arrival at 18UT might degrade high-latitude HF
conditions at times on 25-Oct.
