      Near predicted monthly values at other times. 
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Depressed by up to 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Mostly normal HF conditions were observed during local 
daytime, with some depressed periods. MUF depressions of up to 
20% were seen during local night across a range of stations. 
Daytime depressions are possible over the next few days as 
the MUFs are trending down. Nightime depressions are expected for 
the next few days.
