      Depressed by 20% during local day,
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day,
      Depressed by 30% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Night-time depressions up to 20% were observed in the 
Equatorial/N Aus regions. Continuing weak ionosphere observed 
in Antarctic region. HF conditions may be expected to stay mostly 
normal for the next 2 days. Minor to mild degradations may be 
possible on the third day due to an expected enhancement in geomgnetic 
activity levels from this day for the following few days.
