   Niue Island Region:
      Enhanced by 15% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Sporadic-E and Spread-F conditions were observed at 
times during 21 April which may have degraded HF conditions. 
Mostly normal conditions are expected for the next few days. 
Sporadic-E and Spread-F conditions are possible at times over 
the next few days. There is the small chance of minor SWFs over 
the next few days.
