      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Mostly normal HF conditions with isolated periods of 
minor depressions were observed across Australian/NZ regions 
today. Some degradation in HF conditions in the Australian/NZ 
region may continue to be expected on 23 and 24 September due 
to a possible rise in geomagnetic activity on these days. Mostly 
normal HF conditions may be expected in this region on 25 September.
