      Depressed by 35% during local night.
      Enhanced by 25% after local dawn.
   Niue Island Region:
      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 35% during local day,
      Depressed by 45% during local night.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 30% during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 25% over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs at mid-latitudes were strongly depressed over the 
UT day, possibly as a result of yesterdays brief geomagnetic 
disturbance, contrary to expectations of a rapid return to monthly 
averages. As there is only a single small solar active region 
and ionising flux is low the return to monthly averages may take 
2-3 days.
