      Mostly near predicted monthly values,
      Depressed by 25% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day,
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Mild to moderate depressions observed Equatorial and 
N to Central Aus latitudes local morning/day. The brief but significant 
Equatorial enhancements observed in previous days were not evident. 
Antarctic conditions remained near normal despite mildly elevated 
geomagnetic activity. Conditions are expected to be near predicted 
monthly values to mildly depressed (10 to 20%) next three days 
due to continuing low solar activity.
