      Near predicted monthly values. Enhancements to
      60% 10-15 UT at Vanimo. Depressions to 30% 00,
      05-07 UT at Niue.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values. Enhancements to
      30% at Canberra/Sydney 11-20 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to
      30% mostly during night hours.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Spread F was observed at all latitudes during night 
hours. Sporadic E was observed at times at low/mid latitudes.
