      Depressed by 20% during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day,
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 15% to mostly near predicted
      monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 8 was issued on 12 March 
and is current for interval 12-13 March. Depressions of up to 
25% were observed at times during 12 March. HF conditions should 
return to mostly normal for 13 March with the chance of 5-15% 
depressions at times.
