COMMENT: Ionospheric support was enhanced in the Equatorial/PNG 
and Northern Australian regions particularly during the local 
day, and normal in the Southern Australian/NZ/Antarctic regions. 
These conditions are expected to prevail next three days (04-06 
Mar).
