   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 25% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Ionospheric support was enhanced during local late afternoon 
and night time hours at all latitudes. Strong and persistent 
sporadic E was observed throughout the UT day across all Australasian 
regions, causing partial blanketing and in some cases complete 
blanketing of HF frequencies. Similar conditions are likely to 
be repeated over the next 24 hours.
