      Depressed by 40% during local night.
      Depressed by 35% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Significant MUF depressions continued across Equatorial 
PNG and Pacific regions throughout the UT day. Numerous cases 
of moderate and strong sporadic E were observed during night 
time hours at low to mid latitude stations and day and night 
at mid to high latitude stations.
