AUSTRALIAN REGION SUMMARY AND FORECAST

Equatorial PNG/Niue Region:
Near predicted monthly values.
Northern Australian Region:
Mostly near predicted monthly values,
Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
Near predicted monthly values during local day,
Enhanced by 35% during local night.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Both enhancements and depressions recorded with minor to
significant degradations for prolonged periods.
PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Minor to moderate degradations in HF conditions and
depressions in MUFs may be possible at times in the Southern
Aus/NZ regions on 10 and 11 August due to an anticipated rise
in geomagnetic activity on these days.
